We plan to be there on a Friday night that the MNSSHP is happening (starts at 7). I snagged a dinner reservation at Be Our Guest for 7:55pm - if I'm already in the park, will they let me stay in the park just to keep that reservation?

We plan to go to the MNSSHP on Sunday night but I would LOVE to eat at BOG and haven't been able to get a reservation for it until this morning one opened up - but during the party time. I honestly don't care about seeing the party Friday night (I've seen it and we'd be going Sunday) but I don't want to get stuck holding a reservation they won't let me stay in the park for.

Any thoughts on that one?

No, you cannot stay in the park nor can you re enter the park for the reservation once the party has started if you don't hold a party ticket.

1. There are CM's along Main St and at the entrances of each land checking for party wrist bands. If you don't have the party wristband, they don't let you in and they will ask for you to head toward the entrance.

2. At BoG you will be asked to show your party wristband. If you don't have one, they won't seat you.

The only way to be able to stay in the park during the party is to either buy party tickets for all your guests or try to get a reservation before 7pm. If you managed to score a reservation at 6:55pm, they will seat you. After your dining reservation, you will be escorted from the park by a CM along with other people who have left the restaurant and don't have party tickets.

My advice would be to keep trying to get a reservation. I once managed to get a same day BoG reservation so it does happen. Keep trying. Check back everyday. Good luck!

The times are actually different this year, depending on the venue. Some will not seat you after 6:15 or 6:30 without party tickets. I'm pretty sure BOG is one of those.

You likely missed the fine print when you made that ADR, it says that to diner there at that time, you need a MNSSHP ticket. It used to be that non-party guests could make ADRs up until 6:55 p.m. on party nights, but now I believe Disney caps it at 6:15 for non-party guests. Keep searching for another ADR.

Darn! I figured that was the case. I'll just keep trying! I'm somewhat tempted to go both party nights so I'll hold onto it and see what else comes up. Thanks!

Thank you. I didn't know that. We don't be attending any parties this year so I haven't followed up on times.

Keep trying. That is my best advice. When I have looked for BoG or CRT I have often checked several times a day. Even once you arrive at WDW, keep trying. I've picked up many a same day reservation for difficult to get into restaurants especially now with the cancellation policy. Good luck!

The same happened to us over Spring Break - I noticed openings at places I hadn't previously been able to book. We did a lot of ADR switching on the fly!

Good to know about the 6:15 or 6:30 cut-off too. It's been a few years since we're been there for either a MNSSHP or a MVMCP - wow there's a lot of Halloween Parties this year - especially for someone planning a weekend trip (Fri-Mon). Thanks again!

Like others have said you need a party ticket the CM are very good at getting guest out that do not have a ticket. I got hurt in a ride right befor the party went to first aid to lay down had some other medic problems that I needed something to eat I was not allowed to leave first aid until someone brought me a party wrist band I got something to eat then left to go rest back at my hotel room
