MNSSHP Autograph book covers

I am trying to make autograph books for my kids, and I need some help. I need 2, vertical, 5x7 autograph book covers.
The first one should include:
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party
September 2015
Jafar and Capt. Hook images
Name: Garrett

The second one should include:
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party
September 2015
Ursula image
Name: Sabrina

Just checking as I am pretty sure most of the autograph pages posted on the board are horizontal format but you want the cover vertical?

Oh, maybe they should be horizontal. That would probably be better. I hadn't looked at the pages yet, but yes, horizontal would be best. Thank you!
