We did the halloween party last night. It was fun. We got in line for Seven Dwarves at 5:15. They are way back by story book circus and under a big tent. Around 5:30 they let everyone start lining up under the tent. It was great. It was shady and a breeze. We just sat there which was nice to get off our feet. They starting seeing people at 6:15 and we were the 4th family to see them I think. We were done about 6:45. Killing time before party we rode Buzz with no wait. Once the party started we got a little candy, saw the dance party and then headed towards Liberty Square. They were roping off for parade already so we decided to just find a spot and then get food and eat and wait there. It worked well I went over to Columbia Harbour House and got some things. My daughter and I left at one point and went to another candy station. Then we watched parade. Once parade was over we headed to adventure land and saw Jafar, got candy, then met Genie and Jasmine. We then headed to Hub area around 9:45. We went right in front of CP where there is grass and people were sitting so we found a spot. It was GREAT. There was SO much room. People were spread out and it was so comfortable. We watched the castle show and Hallowishes from there. It was nice because everyone stayed sitting and you could see great. I feel like we did a decent amount. We have a good amount of candy for not hitting all the stops. Kids were def tired so we left after Hallowishes. I am sure more could be done if you really hustled but we enjoyed it. My son fell asleep before we even were out of park. Crowds seemed fine. It wasn't overly crowded at any point. Maybe just went Hallowishes was over and everyone is moving in the same direction. Just wanted to give people an update.

Sounds like you had a great night! You ended up at one of the least-attended parties in years!

sounds like fun! we may do the line up for the Dwarves. I wanted to line up for Donald/Daisy/Minnie, do you know if they start seeing people before 7?

No waits - love the party will do Christmas too.

what a great photo! Did you do that right after the dwarves? I hope we are lucky to have a less crowded party but no chance... our date is 10/30. Last year when we wanted to see them the line was wrapped all the way around the brick wall. we checked twice, and never stood in that huge line. It would be great to know the line up times like you posted for the dwarves, but for all the different characters. Last year we went for Pooh and friends and they did not even come out til 7:20!! Then we still had to wait our turn.. it was a huge waste of time.. but a great photo. I would love to know the time for daisy/donald/minnie but if not, we can go to the dwarves! thanks for the tip!

Did you catch what time they started roping off for the parade? I'm attending on sunday, 10/16. Crowds probably won't be as light as yours, but hoping it's bearable.

At least an hour before it started. We walked to where we were sitting around 7:30.

I have the dwarfs already so I go after characters I don't have since I wear the same attire :-). Honestly their line looked super short too - I just have the perfect photo of them already!

Which area did you watch the parade from? The CP at the Hub? I only know CP as Carousel of Progress lol!

We were there last night too (and will be tomorrow as well). No hallowishes as we have dessert party tomorrow. We have 20 lbs of candy so it will be a long time before I have to buy candy for my office again.

Everything was walk on. Space Mountian was listed as 10 minutes but it was only because it takes that long to get to the top of the line.

Our daughter was Peter Pan and our son was his shadow. We played with tinker bell and got some great photos.

I liked how they funneled the people without tickets out by forcing them to only go on certain paths which eventually led out. The parades were really late; there was a dance thing with some of the zootopia characters.
