MNSSHP and Park Entry?

I know MNSSHP starts at 7 PM, and I know ticket holders may enter around 4 PM.

What if we have a PS for dinner at a resort, then come to MK around 6 PM? Are ticket holders allowed in any time after 4 PM? I understand they are trying to clear the park of folks not attending the party from 6 PM-7 PM, but are they allowing ticket holders in during that time?

If not, then do we stand at the gates until 7 PM? :confused3

It is a continous entrance from when they start allowing people in....

Actually, they will let NO ONE in between 6PM and 7PM. They close the turnstyles at that time. If you aren't already inside, you have to wait in a big long line outside.

So if you get there before 6PM you are all set, but after that you have to stand outside the MK in line. There is usually a huge line at 7PM because of this.

I did three MNSSHP's last year and for two I was in-park and for one I was not. The line was huge, so I just went for a walk and came back at 7:30.

Good luck!

Guess I've always been inside prior to 6pm...I had never heard about people being held at the gates between 6-7pm...

Oh I've been in that line! :crazy2: :scared1: Scarier than the drop at TOT! :rotfl2: Seriously though it is one LLLOOOOONNNNGGGGG line and I will not be waiting in it every again! :teeth: Can you say LTT ressie at 5:30?

Oh, my! :earseek:

That is good to know. I am going to have to re-think the dinner strategy. Being inside prior to 6 PM is now going to become my main objective - food is secondary!

I'm not thrilled with the LTT menu, so I'm not thinking that's a good choice for us even if there are still slots available. We really enjoyed CP last time, so that might be an option.

Thanks!!

So if you have tickets for MNSSHP how early can you get in to the park ?

If you do not want to use regular park admission you can get into MK with only your party ticket starting at 4pm.

We got in at 4pm last October 1, 2004. We were also able to walk around the park between 6pm-7pm. We were not kept in a holding area. We walked by the Jungle Cruise at 6:40 and they said they were ready to go so we could have a boat to ourselves. They offered to let my son "drive" but he declined.
