MNSSHP and ADRS

Considering that LTT is closed during the month of MNSSHP I was thinking of going to Columbia Harbor House at about 5pm, but I do not have any experience with that restaurant. Is it the type of restaurant you can just walk in and be seated or is it usually quite busy? I also heard it has upstairs seating, does it have an elevator to that seating? Also, does anyone have reccomendation for an ADR that is open from 4 to 7 on party night besides BOG?

CHH is counter-service dining, so yes it's fairly quick. I'm not sure, but I think it might close around 5:00p or so though on party nights--someone else here will know better.

I haven't seen an elevator leading to upstairs, but there is seating downstairs also.
