Hi! Just decided to plan a trip 9/29 - 10/4 (ish) to take advantage of free dining, Food & Wine and MNSSHP. It's my first time to the party --- are the first nights generally crowded? We were at MVMCP on 12/2 and it was the emptiest I have ever seen the park!!

I'd love the same crowd level for MNSSHP but am not sure whether the 9/29 or 10/2 party is a better choice.

I'd love to plan a DDA meet at the 9/29 party. Last year at the MVMCP we organized 2 DDA meets. One at the caurosel and one at the Castle after the 2nd parade. Any suggestions for times and places?

That would be so much fun!!! There are so many of us going it would be great to have a meet n greet or get a big dis picuture of everyone together. I'm open as to when and where to meet.

I know last year we ran into troubles because they switched from TL being the holding area to it being Frontierland. The meet had been set up for COP at 6:00, but TL was closed Thank goodness the 15th is the first party this year so we will be ahead of the game.

Well, we should plan a meet around 6:30pm (so everyone who has 5-5:30pm ADRs has time to meet) in the Open Land. We can name specifics after the party on the 15th.

I think we should do a 2nd meet later that night after the 2nd parade for all the late owls still around. There will likely be a mass exodus leaving the park at that time, so where would be a good place to meet? The Castle, Caurosel, or one of the Lands?

I will be happy to keep the list up to date and organize the specifics. Sounds like fun!

I would think for the late night meet any place away from Main Street area would be decent with all of the people leaving. Maybe the late night people could all take in Small World or something together? If you need any help let me know I would totally be willing to help out if you need anything.
