I spoke to Disney this morning about tickets, she said their release has been delayed and had no further information. We're planning for 30th or 31st October.

Boo we were hoping to do one at the back end of our aug trip and 4 of the dates are within our travel date but now we are not sure if our trip will go ahead

Have u booked yet , how much r the tickets? I wonder how long I can leave it and still manage to get tickets? My surgeon said it will be may when they decide what's happening

Hi @bex7583 - we haven't booked yet, the tickets haven't been released yet.

What dates are you hoping to go for?

I my memory is serving me well, we booked our tickets in 2014 around May time.

I will put up a post once the tickets are released & price for you, and you could keep an eye on availability until you know if your trip is going ahead - I hope it does by the way! :thumbsup2

Decided not to do it, $97 each with tax. Paid about $60 last time. No Disney parks again this trip, although we might be Disney'd out after 11 nights transatlantic cruise:)

Glad we have had to cancel our October trip - the date we would have gone it would have been $298 for the three of us :scared::scared:

Thanks for the heads up @ChipnDaleRule

We are thinking of Friday 16th September, which would cost $153.36 for the 2 of us including tax ($72 a ticket).

Wish I could remember how much I paid in 2014.

Just been looking at the dates and as we are due to fly home the 18th I had thought we might only just catch the party but seems we have a few options within our stay and all had availability.

2 tickets booked for 16th Sept. $153 all together. I also noticed that there is going to be Hocus Pocus characters this year! I love that movie! :hyper:

"Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular
Join the 3 mischievous Sanderson Sisters as they use their magic to host a decidedly wicked fun fest.

Enlisting the help of the Disney Villains, Winifred, Mary and Sarah mix sinister shadows and terrifying nightmares to conjure the ultimate Hocus Pocus Party Potion—and cast a spell on everyone in Magic Kingdom park!

Look for appearances from Dr. Facilier, Oogie Boogie and Maleficent. Combine them and other great Disney Villains with amazing dancers, wild visual projections and otherworldly special effects to make the Hocus PocusVillain Spelltacular a not-to-be-missed Halloween treat!"

We booked out tickets for one of the early September ones. Our first MNSSHP! So very excited! Although I'm still thoroughly confused by what is allowed for adults costume-wise.... Really wanted to go as Belle

You will have lots of fun, we loved our first MNSSHP. You can go as Belle just as long as your dress doesn't reach or touch the ground & you can't pose for pics or sign autographs.

The full list of guidelines are up on the website, on the info page for the party.

Thank you for your help. It was mainly how detailed the costumes would be allowed to be. So I can have a really nice Belle costume as long as it's a little shorter than floor length (eg knee length). Was getting a little disappointed as I thought my wish of dressing up as a princess wouldn't work yet again

I sound like a negative Nellie but i would never do it again after last years. Horrifically overcrowded, even at 11pm. Barely got on any rides, couldn't see the parade and 100m lines for the trick and treat. I would wait until the last possible moment to book and then only book if it looks like it's not a sell out. It absolute ruined my memories of the one I did in 2010. I'll be avoiding like the plague this October!!

Sorry to hear that Pooh's-Honey-Pot.

Our 1st party was one of the early September dates in 2014, it was busy, but we managed a good spot for the parade, trick or treating was pretty much walk through, and managed a number of the rides including SDMT.

We have booked another early September party & hoping for a similar experience.
