MNSSHP 2012 Thread (?)

Has anyone started a thread for this year's MNSSHP? I know it's early but planning ahead (and a bit of speculation ) is what we DISers do best

I did go through the last week or so of threads but I don't see one - unless there is one on another board.

Count me on board! We are planning on Oct 21-28 currently. I have some planned surgery that might change those dates around, but not by much.

We LOVE WDW at Halloween! MNSSHP is by far our favorite event (w/F&WF a close 2nd). As someone already pointed out, it is VERY addicting!
Actually we haven't been to MNSSHP in a few years and have started going through withdrawls!

We went to our first one in 2010. We had never done anything for Halloween before - just something we never did. Then that party .... well last year we went to 2 on our trip in September and were toying with buying a third night before budget brought us down to reality

Going by recent years, usually May 1st or somewhere around there. Tick tock

Going by historic dates, I think it is quite safe to count on at least one (and probably more) party night to fall within your dates

Yeah, I know. And judging from the TA calendar there's going to be two for us, one on sept 11th and the 14th. I'm aiming to go on the 11th to avoid the weekend. I even have a perfect costume as a friend gave me a fairy costume a couple of years ago and I've only got to wear it once

It's our first time too. We went during MNSSHP last year, but didn't go. We thought as adults w/o kids we would be out of place - little did we know! We have definite plans to go this time around.

Anyone have their costumes figured out? And if so, wanna share? We've gone through a few things but shot them down, figuring it will be too hot while we're there.

We didn't go last time I went, because the friend I went with wasn't interested, same with Cirque Now I'm taking my DBF to both and I just know he'll love it

Both are totally worth every cent! And then some! Cirque is awesome too.

But MNSSHP is only seasonal and if you are lucky enough to be able to go while it's on, it is an absolute MUST do! Are you going to dress up?
