MNSSHP 2012 Official Information

I will be going both this Friday (9/14) alone and on Sunday (9/30) with friends.

Look for a Cheshire Cat on a purple and orange ECV with Alien Green Mickey Heads on the tiller and the motor.

I am extremely sad you won't be there on 9/18... DH is going to be the Mad Hatter and if I finish my costume in time, I'll be Alice!

My boys don't know either! We just booked yesterday to arrive on Friday and we're not telling them until Friday morning, when they think they're going to school and instead they're going to Disney World! :cool1:

My kids think they're going to school too! We are surprising them AGAIN the next day when Mickey and Goofy call to say they are going on a 7 day cruise! They're going to FLIP!

Question??? Do ANY of the characters sign autographs at the party? or is it just meet and greet? I know the dwarfs don't but wasn't sure about the rest!

Here's the full list w/autograph info:

Will we have to wait until 7 to enter the park in costume or can we enter in costume at 4-5? Or should we enter at 4-5 and chance into costume at 7?

If we are going to MK just for the halloween party, do we also have to purchase park tickets. Hope not, sounds like a really expensive evening.

No, party ticket only.

Not wanting to go on Oct 31 to the party while we are there to avoid what I assume to a crowded party, does anyone have any idea of the crowd levels for the last party of the year? This year it is on Friday 11/2. Does it being on a Friday give that night a better chance of it being really crowded.

I really want to bring my daughter's (4&7 years old) Trick or Treating in the MK since I have the chance this trip. However, because it is a pretty large expense to our trip, I hate to spend the money and the park be so crowded that we do not get a chance to enjoy all that the party has to offer. Any advice would be great. Thanks.:confused3

Both parties will likely sell out, so no difference.

we're surprising our boys on sunday and then again on tuesday with the party. I had planned on putting them in woody and buzz costume tshirts...are most kids in full costumes? meaning are they going to be upset if they're not in full costume..i was just thinking of the heat aspect...i'm having the baby be big baby...white onesie...doesn't get any easier.

Your kids will be happier than the ones in full costume. I saw a poor 8-ish year old girl in some kind of cowboy costume with boots with heels. She hadn't even made it past Town Square Theater before she was crying and walking funny and saying her feet hurt. Comfort first!

Do the villains from Mix and Mingle really not sign? Because I got a project going on this year and if they don't sign it may not be worth my time for my first party...

No, they only pose for pics. They are only out for 10-15 minutes at a time, so to get more people through the line, they do not allow autographs.

Different kids have different tolerance levels. My girl is a toe walker and would walk in heels all day long without complaining! But I think you should know your kid's limits for sure.

Just returned fro the first party...fantastic! Def. worth the money. Cast members were really excited and many guests wore costumes.

We're they letting people in at 4pm? We are going Friday night for the first time...any tips?

Nope, you can go in at 4 in costume - we did it last year!

If you ONLY want to do the party, you ONLY need to buy a MNSSHP ticket. You will be able to get in at 4pm, though the party doesn't actually start until 7pm. Last year we used the early entrance time to get in line for the Dwarfs. We were about 10th in line and didn't waste too much Party Time standing in their line!
