MNSSHP 2006, Ready to start planning!

I have a 4:30 ADR for LTT on 10/19 Will the characters be dressed in their Halloween Costumes and is this considered dinner time or lunch? Tried to get later but is already full. Did get MNSSHP tickets for 10/19 though.

It's considered dinner. I'm not sure about the costumes, but I'm guessing they're wearing them all night and so will be 'dressed' at 4:30. There are later times available. Try calling back and talking to someone else. I just booked 5:45 for a party of 7 today. The first CM I spoke with told me 4:05 was the only thing available, so I hung up and called back. I told the next CM that we were attending the Halloween party that night and looking to dine at LTT, bingo, all sorts of times to choose from!

CM mentioned they just released alot more times for dinner at LTT.

They are not really costumes but masks or aprons. But they will be in them for dinner starting at 4:00p I believe.

Unofficially they've been letting party goers in after 4:00p with just their party ticket. When you enter (after 4:00p) they'll already be giving you wristbands and trick or treat bags upon entering thru the turnstyle.

It took me 4 phone calls this morning, but I finally got a CM to be able to pull up ADRs for a time past 4:15. I got 5:30 for 6 people on 10/19.

They're not necessarily full. The person on the phone has to check the drop down menu for special events. I went through this problem tonight too. I was able to get 5:30...which was exactly the time I wanted. (on 10/16)

They went on sale early so as not to be bombarded Monday morning at 7:00a by everyone in the world!

Some CMs weren't aware of this yesterday but they are on sale. The dates won't sell out for months but ADRs will fill up fast.

Called back today and said I already purchased tickets for the 10/19th and they said they had some later times available I switched to a later time which was like only a 1/2 hour later but it was what I orginally wanted forthat date.

Called this morning & got tickets for Oct. 2nd! Spoke to the nicest CM, his sister lived in the same little town in PA that I do! Small World

I called yesterday and was able to get LTT for 5:00 on the 10th and the CM asked me if I was planning on the party and if I needed my tickets, so went ahead and ordered them. Must have had a knowledgable CM as I didn't have any trouble at all-1st call. Who else will be there that night? Hope to see some of you there.

OH HAPPY DAY!!!!!!

I ordered our MNSSHP tickets today for Oct. 17. We are so excited to go back to DISNEY WORLD! We were there in November... stayed off-site at the Nickelodeon Family Suites...but this time we're staying 3 nights at the Caribbean Beach Resort and 5 nights at the Polynesian...CAN'T WAIT! I did our ARD's already and got the kids (5 and 7) signed up for the PIRATE CRUISE from the Grand Floridian, plus Storybook Princess dining at Epcot (did Cinderella castle breakfast last time) and Chef Mickey's. I've been reading about the new MGM character dining but have decided against it, although dd5 would love JoJo and Goliath and Little Einsteins, but we're hoping we can still meet them at MGM. Dd5 LOVE Tink....the closest to Tink I can find is Peter Pan and Wendy...is this right?

Ok, I can joing everyone else and say that I too purchased our MNSSHP tickets October 12th this morning (on my cell on my way to work). I checked my email this morning and then the disboards and nearly fell off my chair this morning when I read that the tickets went on sale early. So, I just couldnt wait until after work to get my tickets. Its funny, because now I feel like we are actually going, like the trip is finally a reality. Ok, yes I know its like five months away, but hey, I am allowed to dream. Now all I have to do is finish my adr's. I already have my Cinderella breakfast in the castle resserved and the hooptie do review reserved, but now I have the hard part of filling in the blanks so to say. I'll be posting again Im sure....

Hey MRSSCOOTER: I know how you feel about getting excited even though it's still 5 months down the line. We will be there from 10/10-10/22 and it's making me crazy but it's gone by so FAST! we made reservations 7 months ago and it's flown by! we are going to MNSSHP on 10/17 and CAN'T WAIT! we are wainting for the Food and Wind festivel activities list to come out so we can make our reservations for those programs too. Going to try in the morning for tickets to the party on Oct. 20th. We will be staying from Oct 19-23. It will be a girls weekend with moms and daughters celebrating my friends 50th birthday!

Called Yesterday and got ours for Oct 12 also. DH and I are taking our three kids and two of our nieces and a nephew. We are going to send them invitations to join us at the party, so the next plan of action is to come up with a design for the invitations. Have fun everyone.
