Does anyone know if you have to have an activated annual pass in order to get the AP discount? Or can you have a voucher? I'll have the voucher when we attend the party, as well as when I purchase the tickets in advance, but I don't want to activate it until we use it for a fulll day at the parks. Thank you! princess:

FYI...those prices and AP discount dates are from last year...only the dates are for this year.

You can use a voucher but they will make you do Will CAll and pick up the tickets and show your voucher.

Thank you so much for your reply. I'll be sure to have the voucher with me when I pick up the tickets at will call. I'll watch for updated pricing, too. This will be mine and my daughter's first party, so we're really excited!

Last year they made AP holders and voucher holders pick up their tickets at Will Call so they could see your AP/voucher.
Thanks for the reply. :) I'm going to get the full-price tickets in advance. I know it must be posted somewhere but do you know when they'll be available for sale? Thanks.

I ordered our AP discounted Halloween tickets over the phone last year and was never asked for my AP number. I didn't get a voucher either, the tickets were mailed to me. I just assumed that they know if your name matches an AP holder list and therefore eligible for the discount. Otherwise they're just trusting you, because I wasn't asked to show my AP at the gate on the MNSSHP night.

Yes, some people were lucky enough to get the tickets with the AP discount without showing their AP...but within a month or so they fixed that error and were making 'most' AP holders get their party tickets with Will Call so they can show their AP.

I bought my MVMCP tickets right when the tickets went on sale with my AP discount and they mailed them to me and needed no proof of my AP but when I called back for the MNSSHP tickets a couple of months later she told me I had to do Will Call so they could see my AP before I'd get the discount.

Just subscribing and hoping for a October 5th MNSSHP!!
it will be DH, me and DD and DS!!! we can't wait...still thinking about costumes!
This will be our second MNSSHP

Hi everyone, just want to ask your opinions. Last year DH and I went to MNSSHP and loved it. :thumbsup2 The only problems were, we missed alot of the neat things going on around us. We hung out most of the time waiting for the parades and fireworks to start. Then we had a stupid fight about DH missing the headless horseman (the only thing he really wanted to see that night) :rotfl: Then we left early cause he was in a bad mood :rotfl: .

I was just curious to see how many of you will be attending parties more than one night? :confused3 We are going to the world 9/28-10/3. I was hoping to go to a party on 9/29 and possibly on 10/2 . I'd buy tickets in advance for 9/29, and play it by ear for 10/2. Do you think 10/2 would sell out, and I should just buy the tickets in advance for both. Do you guys think it's a waste to go 2 nights? Please give me some ideas. If we go to 2 MNSSHP nights then we will be at MK 3 nights while we are there, and Epcot on 2 nights :confused3 Please help all this unsure planning is driving me crazy.

We plan on going twice. We will be there 9/29-10/7. There will be 4 parties while we're there. The last one is our last night and I am not about to miss out on MK on my last night! We plan on going 10/2 and 10/6. I can't wait, it's our first time!!!!

Shelby :thumbsup2

So my dd is going to be Jasmine and she is sooo excited. Now, I just have to come up with a costume for my 2yoa ds. AGGGHHHH!!!!! I am the perpetual planner so I do still have some time to come up with an idea.
Maciecm my dd5 is going to wear her Jasmine costume, too. I picked it up last year from the Disney store at the Mall of America and she is so excited to be wearing it again! I need to figure out a costume for ds6, though. He says he wants to be Yoda...we'll see. He's so warm blooded and I'm afraid he will be so uncomfortable in anything too warm.
Counting the days!

Hi, I was thinking of a Jasmine costume for DD6 also! Any one think I could get DD4 an Aladin costume? That is, if I can find one!

My daughter wants to be tinkerbell and she wants her brother to be Peter Pan. I thought it would me fun if my hubby was Hook and I was Wendy. However, my hubby very loudly objected. Oh well..............As for the kids costumes I just went to google and typed in a search for tinkerbell costumes and found a few good places. Happy searching!!!!

If you find one, please let us know! I don't think that I have ever seen an Aladdin costume for kids before. Not that I have ever really paid attention, though.

What dose everyone do with all there candy when they go on rides?? The party goes from 7 - 12 ? The earlier posts were saying 3 hours but that seems to short for $40.

I got my dd (age 4) the most beautiful tinker bell costume for last Halloween and since my ds (age 2 at the time) was to young to object, I got a peter pan outfit. Just Adorable! I wish I could figure out how to post the picture here. :goodvibes

You just carry it with you. And yes, the party is officially from 7:00 - 12:00. I believe they normally start allowing people in after 4:00 with only a party ticket though. We didn't go that early, but we did go around 5:00 and had no problem getting in.

We are scheduled to arriving in Orlando at 5pm and want to attend the MNSSHP that evening. The kids (5 and 7) are usually so excited to be on vacation that we can't get them to bed at a decent time anyhow, so we figured "why not party!" :woohoo: So, if our flight lands at 5pm and we're doing the Magical Express to Caribbean Beach, when do you think we'd finally arrive at MK? Also, should we just get our own luggage from baggage claim and bring it to the bus with us, or pack our costumes in carry-ons and let Disney transfer our luggage? Any thoughts on this? This is our first time staying on site and using ME. Thanks!

I would take a carry on with with your costumes. It will take an hour & a half - 2 hours from the time you land to get to your resort from the airport depending on how many stops are made before you arrive at your resort. Are you going to check in once you arrive? JMO but I would probably go another night so I did not feel rushed & also I would not want to miss any of the party. Good luck & enjoy!

Thanks! Do you think it would be more do-able if we hired a private transfer from the airport instead of using Magical Express?

It will help a little but still, IMHO, not enough to make it worth it. No matter what you do, rental car, ME, or a town car, it will probably take you about 2 hours from when you land to get to MK. So that brings you to 7:00p. I guess you could arrive then but I'd prefer to get there earlier.

You'd have to get off the plane, get your luggage, find your transporation, drive to WDW, check in to your resort and then get to MK. It's always taken me a minimum of 2 hours.

I'd feel too rushed but it's totally up to you. It is doable but I wouldn't do it.
