how about Sunday @ 4:00 (I know Ricola said Sunday afternoon so that's why I picked that time)


What do we all think of that idea?

Hello Tamie! Personally I would feel like I would be missing out on meeting someone if I couldn't do both. Not sure how Tim would feel about being there 2 days in a row.

I guess I'm with Beccy on this one. Two would be "too"! I know I couldn't come both days, and, like Beccy, I would feel like I'm missing someone.

IMHO I think we should just go with one time, and people can either make this one or catch the group another time.

Last time we just met at the Kare11 bleachers since they have a web cam, but that time is pretty close to the news so it might be really crowded.

Hmm, where could we meet? I don't know!! I can't think of a spot that has seating where it would be easy to find eachother.

Diane - I'm not familiar with the far end of machinery hill near the dog building....is there anything in that direction?

Things have changed a great deal up on that end for this year. They have taken out some buildings and have added food stands etc. I have to go set up our display on Wednesday night, so i will know more after that. It is certainly a lot quieter up there than anywhere else! I also will check the fair section of the Sunday Trib. to see what is scheduled for other areas.

There has to be a seating area that would be easy for people to find.

I haven't received any PMs either - so we really need to get the word out about this.

As I said, I will be unavailable through Saturday the 31st. I will plan on Sunday at 4, if I can make it work with the family (I'm sure they will miss me by then ).

It sounds like Diane or someone else who's going to the fair earlier on will find us a spot. Would somone please PM me with the location and details as they get worked out? Thanks!
