Mmmm....Peppermint Mocha creamer...

I ran to the grocery store tonight to pick up things to make chili tomorrow, and a gallon of milk. When I was walking through the dairy area, I noticed a worker unloaded creamers into a big cooler. Thinking they were just Pumpkin Spice ones (yucky) I walked past once. On my second pass, I notice there was more than one flavor he was unloading. Lo and behold, they had my coveted Peppermint Mocha!!! Time to make a pot of coffee!!!

I'm a huge fan of their holiday flavors...Pumpkin Spice, Eggnog, Gingerbread and of course, Peppermint Mocha.

Other companies make flavored creamers but my favorites are by Coffee-Mate!

I actually had some this morning also, but only because I pulled one out of my precious frozen stash. I wasn't able to stock up on many last year. I hope to get a whole freezer full this year!

I love that creamer! Can you freeze it? I'd like to put some in the freezer so I can have it for longer than the couple months I can find it in the store.

ABSOLUTELY! 2 years ago I bought about 40 bottles and froze them and used them all year! Last year I was only able to find about 10 bottles and have been using them this year. I have about 4 left. I try to pace myself between my daily French Vanilla and the good stuff.

This is heaven in a glass! Just made today's pot of coffee, and I am savoring it, switching between the Packers, the Brewers, and NASCAR, and smelling my chilli cooking and bread in the breadmaker....what a perfect way to spend a cool, dreary day!

OOOH I've never had the peppermint mocha??? now I want it.

You can get it at Target! I KNOW you have those in MN. It is seriously yummy stuff--if you like chocolate and peppermint.

Anyone know if this can be frozen? Does it ruin it? I'd like to stock up my freezer to have it longer.

Sounds good. I usually live on the eggnog one all winter, but I think I'll have to change it up! I'm not a huge peppermint fan, though...but it's worth a try! Now I want to go grocery shopping!!!
