I don't know if I'm alone in this, but I absolutely LOVE Disney's bread pudding.:lovestruc My favourite is the banana bread pudding at Boma (delish!) but I also love the bread puddings I've had at 1900 Park Fare and the Crystal Palace.

I'm dying to try the bread pudding at O'Hana (fingers crossed for getting a reservation this trip!) and Raglan road, which I've heard amazing things about.

Does anybody have any other bread pudding favourites? Maybe we can generate a list of all the different bread puddings served at Disney.

Then I can just copy and paste that list of restaurants for our list of ADRS.:rotfl:

I will be trying the bread pudding at Raglan Road on Monday! I booked it just for that!

I, too, love bread pudding. I have a friend who is a chef and about once a month he provides me with his bread pudding and whiskey sauce from the restaurant. :cloud9:

The best I've had at WDW was the chocolate bread pudding they used to have at Spoodles on the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, I don't think its on the menu any more.

Just posted this in the food pics thread, but here is a dessert plate from 1900 PF with the beloved bread pudding!!

:goodvibes

I'm wondering if the BP @ O'Hana is worth an ADR....

Oh me too me too!

The winner so far is Ohana but I also love the one from Cape May breakfast and CP dinner....cannot wait to try the one at Boma next month

Haven't had it anywhere else except Ohana and it was heavenly!!

I found a recipe online and made it at home...OMG!!! It was amazing!!!

If you're a bread pudding fan, be aware that the dessert at Raglan Road is Bread and Butter Pudding, not Bread Pudding. They are completely different animals.

Bread and butter pudding is traditionally toasted pieces of buttered bread that are topped with heavy cream. It is not puddinglike in the traditional sense, and it isn't sweet by itself. The pudding at Raglan Road is basically french toast strips smooshed into a cup, and is served with a cup of butterscotch sauce and a cup of a sauce that was basically melted vanilla ice cream.

Personally I loved it since I'm a fan of bread and butter pudding (there's a great British restaurant near my house that introduced me to it), but if you're expecting a custardy bread pudding you will be surprised.

That said, the bread pudding at 'Ohana is amazing.

Had a delicious bread pudding at Crystal Palace!!

The best one I had was at Wolfgang Puck Cafe (downstairs) - they had a "bread pudding of the day" on the menu - this was May 2007. The server told me it was strawberry and chocolate chip. When it came, it was actually peach, but OMG was it good!! Came with an anglaise sauce, soooo good!

Thanks ahecht, I didn't know that about the RR pudding!:thumbsup2 Either way, it sounds delicious!!

I think I'm going to look up some Disney recipes and see what I can concoct here at home.:wizard:
