MME: Alexander Dolls at McD's again?

I was just wondering about the Madame Alexander dolls which are being given in the kid's meals at McD's. Does anyone know when the promotion started in Ma or NH? I know I read on this board last night that some areas are more advanced than others and some parts of the country are on week 3 while some just started yesterday.
