MM registration..

I thought OP might be referring to the Club ID, which is specific to each person who is an owner no matter how many contracts that individual might own. However, the Club ID is only 6 digits with a decimal point followed by a single digit.

The screenshot looks like it’s asking for the 12 digit number to be entered twice, and it seems that DVC uses the terms Membership number and Member number interchangeably for that 12 digit number.

At least I hope not - tomorrow will be my first time trying for MM tickets under this new system, so I’ll have both my Club ID and my Membership Number handy!

They want the Membership Number which was printed on the Membership Cards that they used to mail out. About the only time you will ever need your Club ID is when setting up access to the Member Website.

I keep getting a message this morning telling me the membership number I entered does not have a valid resort reservation to be able to qualify. I check out on November 18th and used my points to stay at Grand Floridian Villas. What's up with this? I did buy OTUP too,is that screwing me up?

I am also getting the message that I don't have a reservation when I do using eligible points. I hope this gets fixed quickly. Has anyone gotten past the enter membership number page successfully?
 
Also getting, "The Membership number you entered does not have a valid Resort reservation required to register.".
FWIW-Not using OTUP, but did purchase some this year on this membership. Hopefully that's not the issue as it might takes days to resolve, again.
 
I purchased OTU points this year, and have successfully registered for a MM this year.

Same here. Just logged into chat on the website, and it says I am number 30 in line to speak with a CM. Guessing it's a widespread problem.

Shocker.
 
I'm in queue to talk to a cast member. I'll see if they say we have to wait until later or just horrible Disney IT strikes again.

Been sitting at 29 for a few minutes now … sure they are overwhelmed
 
Sigh. Such a cluster. Send out an email blast telling us what to do. Maybe move it back if it is not going to work.
When does Disney do that? I think the Beak and Barrel opening day debacle might have been worse than just letting bots get all the reservations.

Well at least now it’s just saying my # is incorrect rather than ineligible … progress I guess
 
I am also getting the incorrect code message. I have 2 memberships and we check out on the 29th under one and in on the 29th under one. Both should work but neither are recognized.
 
Member services said registration isn't open yet (yeah we know) and that the website isn't typically updated until 30 minutes before and that we can't ever do that. Definitely could enter the queue like 3 hours before for the summer events.
