I plan to do a split stay starting with one night at the Grand Californian, then move offsite for the remainder. I know with the onsite hotel I get early entry and with my 6 day parkhopper tickets I get one MM. I'd like to use the EE benefit with the onsite hotel the first day, then use my MM from my ticket the second day. Will this work, or will they automatically deduct my MM the first day?

TIA, Zbugz

IIRC, they use your room card key for the EE from the hotel and your ticket for the MM. A surefire way to make sure it doesn't deduct from your ticket is to go to DCA for your EE and DL for MM, because I am pretty sure MM is only for DL.

KJ is correct. MM for DL only, so you should be okay using your room key for EE at DCA the first day.

Every morning you need to be careful to tell the CM at the turnstile to not count your MM from your PH ticket that day. If not they may do it accidentally.

So theoretically it is possible.

I'll try to time it to do DCA that day. Thanks!

It is not just theoretically possible, it is practically possible. Just make sure they don't take your MM day by accident.

I guess my question really is, "can they put it back on if they take it off by mistake"?

TIA

That's what I am worried about. Thx.

Yes, it is a big problem if they do take it off. They can't put it back on and you would probably have to spend some time trying to resolve the issue. Good luck! :thumbsup2

Thanks. I'll probably try to time it on a Wednesday for my first visit.

I think if you can get early on arrival day you should be able to do 3 early days. Check in day- DCA or DL (depend of your travel dates)
Check out day -DCA or DL
MM ticket- DL

I'm not 100% sure do.

I think you are correct. I might be able to work it like that if we can get moving fast enough the morning of check in, LOL.

YES you can! :thumbsup2 We do this ALL the time - 2 early mornings for 1 Nite @ DLR property! :cool1: Just have to check in before whatever the time of early moring is. :moped: We've checked in as early as 6am for 7am OR 7am for 8am. :)
