MM issues!

It is day 3 of our trip and although I can see our MM photo thumbnails on my smartphone, when I click on a thumbnail to enlarge the photo it just hangs. Even when using the hotel's WiFi service.

My photos from Epcot Day 1 were on my page and no longer are.

The other complaint I have is that the MDE app has been awful these past three days when verifying my FP times and other details. At home it worked just fine and at WDW it is abysmal. I keep getting error messages about technical difficulties.

But what about my MM photos? Epcot Day 1 is missing. Other ride shots are missing. Who do I speak to here at WDW about it?

Did you check for the photos on the site or on the app? Using a computer vs. a phone or tablet?
Go to one of the photo centers at one of the parks if you didn't bring a laptop with you.
I'm sure your photos aren't gone.

BTW. The wifi & MDE were aweful 2 weeks ago as well. Way worse than our Aug visit.

I routinely turn off wifi when I'm in the parks and just use my cellular data. The park wifi is just too slow - too many other people trying to use it at the same time!

I concur. I was never able to pull up our MM photos on my phone, but every evening when I checked on my laptop, there they were.

When I request the desktop site with my phone the result is the same. I know its not a bandwidth issue because I am connected to the WDW wifi (securely via my VPN server at home) and I can easily access full resolution photos from my own personal photography website.

I believe those photos were indeed lost. When I stopped at AK photo store today we could not locate them. We went through hundreds of photos taken that night in front of Spaceship Earth. My wife who arrived at Epcot an hour later had the same photo taken and those are missing as well. The only thing we have is Test Track photos.

Any chance all the ones you are missing were done on the same band? I'm wondering if somehow y'all have 2 different accounts on MDE.

Did the CM at the photo center tell you to report them as missing? If you can tell PP folks the time, day, what you wore and number in photos they can usually find the missing photos

All of our bands are linked to one MM package. We are in Epcot again today so we'll just re-take the photos i gurss

Did you ever ask the Photopass department about them? In all the discussions about MM and PP I've never encountered hundreds of pictures disappearing. PP is quite good at finding missing photos. I'd at least ask. There is a form on their webpage to report missing photos.

Turns out they found the missing photos after a couple of days searching. I also finally figured out how to view the photos on my phone. For some reason Chrome doesn't like the photopass website so I installed Firefox on my Galaxy S4 on the bus ride home from MK. All photos download with no issue using Firefox. I'm surprised Chrome had an issue like this.
