MK to 1900 Park Fare?

How much time do I need to get from MK to the Grand Floridian? We a have 6:35pm ADR. Thanks!

The resort monorail comes fairly quickly. Not sure of the exact interval but I would give myself about 30 min. Just as long as you're not at the back of the MK.

best way is to take the boat to grand floridian from MK - the monorail goes to contempory first so you have to go all the way around the circle - the walk from the boat to front of resort is not far (but not real close !) 30 minutes should be fine...

If you are already at the MK, I'd say a good 30 minutes will do! I'm pretty sure that is how much time we needed when we went last week!

I would still suggest hopping the monorail............I have found it to be faster than the boat, even with the stops.

I agree if the ferry is fastest if it is there or on its way. MK to the Grand Floridian is 4 stops on the monorail (Contemporay, TTC, Poly then GF) but the resort ferry goes directly to the Grand Floridian. Just make sure you take the ferry for the Grand Floridian/Polynesian and not the one to the Wilderness Lodge. However, the monorail is much more frequent so take it if the ferry is not in site.

I would allow 30 minutes from the MK entrance even though it will probably take you less. There is nothing wrong with showing up 15 minutes early for your reservation.

If the Grand Floridian Ferry is there when you leave take it, however if it's not then go with the Resort Monorail.

Well I took the Ferry it is fast and my son loved the boat ride it may take 15-20 minutes top, skip the monorail the GF is the last stop, the Ferry goes straight to the Grand Flordian!

The ferry is also just a nice ride. A nice wind down between the park and dinner. With your little "team" the chill time might have some value! We took the ferry to GF, but after dinner hopped the monorail back to MK to get a resort bus.

WDW has something FREE: each transportation mode has a card, so your kids can get one from the Ferry, another from the monorail and one from the bus drivers. It was actually our ferry driver that gave us the first card and explained what they are, how cool!

I love the ride on the ferry boat, and then monorail back to MK after your meal.

if you ride the boat once you get off the ferry proceed to the right walk straight you will pass narcooses and the pool on the left, continue straight to the main building go thru the doors and on your right you will see the GF cafe,but continue to the left you will enter the main lobby once you get there when you see the check n desk at the end of the desk you will see a small hallway to the right there is 1900 park fare if you can make it to the main lobby where you check n then u r there!

Walk in the main lobby and turn left just past the concierge(I think) counter-it's down a short corridor. I'm pretty sure there's a sign.
