Has anyone seen this recently? It's not on Steve Soares' MK entertainment page. My cousin and her SO are at the MK right now on the very last night of their trip. I'm trying to convince them to stay until 1:30 (EMH until 1:00 tonight) to see this. Boy will I feel like a schmuck if they manage to stay up and there's nothing to see...

I seen it but its closer to an hour after park closing. Ask a castmember perhaps they can give you a specific time.

Thanks - I saw it once in 2010 if I remember correctly. I can't remember how far after official closing it ran, though.

Steve Soares used to include it on his live entertainment schedule for the parks but it's not on there anymore. I was wondering if it was very recently stopped.

Haven't seen it for a couple years but it's a pretty neat because that time of night most folks have made their way out ...it's actually a very cool time to be in the magic kingdom, very serene...just hours before there were thousands of people crammed in front of the castle. The kiss itself is just a cycle of all the colors one after another on the castle.

What is it?

There's a "Thank you for visiting the Magic Kingdom today" speech played while "When You Wish Upon a Star" is also played and the castle is awash with sparkles and colors. It was so very cool and it brought more than one tear to my eyes.

They were still doing it in November 2013. We always do the late EMH and stay until closing, so we've been lucky enough to see it a few times. I've never heard it called that before though.

My oldest DD and I broke away from the rest of the family one night to take advantage of EMH...we stayed til the very, very last minute and shared the "Kiss Goodnight" experience. It was really cool and since my kids are still pretty little, we hadn't experienced this in our many Disney trips!

That's the ONLY thing that brings a tear to your eye? Boy you are lucky, a day at MK is one long blart-fest for me!!! :rotfl2:

"ooh look, we'r going under the station" "ooh look its Mickey" "its the parade" "ooh look at the little kid hugging the character" "ooh its the fireworks " etc etc etc...That bit at the end of Wishes where the choir sings "Make a Wish" all triumphant has me sobbing my socks off EVERY time-I'm welling up thinking about it....

We saw it back on the 11th of Feb, very cute. I love how the castle changes colour at night.
