MK temporary ride closures

Currently on MDE, it shows there are 11 attractions temporarily closed at MK. Is this true or just a glitch with the app? The previous times I've checked showed several closures as well. TIA

Last week we noticed a few times when several rides were temporarily closed at MK, it was always during and right after stormy patches. Looks like there is rain in the area now as well, so I would guess that is why!

If you ever see a vast majority of rides closed at a park at the same time, 99.99% of the time it's going to be due to the weather

Lightning in the area causes that. When there's lighting within a certain distance, they close outdoor rides as a precaution.

And the other .01% of the time, it's a random guy working at the power company trolling Disney by temporarily cutting electricity, because he had to wait 4 hours in standby at FEA after he selected Illuminations as his Tier One Fastpass instead.

Strange. 2nd post this week with this same exact subject (doubt it's the same poster, just coincidence)
But the answer is really easy, and I guess confusing that it's asked again.
It rains/storms in FL in the summer. Every day. Rides close.
