MK T-Shirt for DS - Can I get one before we enter the Park?

I would love for DS to have a souvenier MagicKingdom T-Shirt. I would let him wear it into the Park, if there were any way to get one beforehand. And, I did not want to make shopping my biggest priority while in the Magic Kingdom!

Is this possible at all?

I did check LaughingPlace.com. They do show adult shirts, but no kids T-shirts like I am wanting.

Do any of you guys have any info or ideas on how I can get one?

Well, you could always hit up DTD the day you arrive. They have tons of the parks merchandise at the shops there. Also you could check ebay as well as disney direct. Also, what about just a Disney shirt--- you'd have a decent selection at the Disney Store-- usually on sale too.

I'm not sure if it would be exactly what you want--but check out DisneyDirect.com. They have tons of t shirts--it just depends on what you want it to say.

Are you staying at a Disney Resort?

If you are, they might have some kids t-shirts for sale that would say Magic Kingdom on them.

We bought one for our son in the gift shop of the Disney Resort (ASMovies) where we were staying because he wanted the characters to sign a shirt rather than an autograph book.

How old is your ds? If he's pretty young, we got the cutest "My first trip to Walt Disney World" shirt for our ds at the World of Disney store at DTD. I think they just went to a 4T, though. I can't remember if I've ever seen those at the resorts or not. Otherwise, if you are staying on site, your resort will have some kind of shirts in their store. Most of the resort shops I've been in have a fairly decent selection.

We are staying off-site (inlaws time-share), but checking out one of the resorts might be a good idea! I hadn't thought of that.

I was wanting a true WDW souvenier shirt... Not just someting with a character on it.

I was looking at the Laughing Place store website and was wondering if the price of T-Shirts, and sweatshirts were $30 and $50-$70 in the parks. Or do they add on extra costs. I haven't been to Disney in awhile and I knew gifts were expensive, but didn't think they were that expensive.

I also checked at LaughingPlace... And, I wondered the same thing! I know that Disney prices are high... But, heck, kids T-shirts are less than $10.00 at The Disney Stores. Looks like if I want a true, souvenier Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom T-shirt for DS, I better get ready to pay!

I wonder if the gift shop at the TTC opens well before the MK? Don't know if I want to pay to park just to stop by there and buy already very expensive T-shirts or souveniers!

I lucked up in Feb. and the resort gift shop had some of their t-shirts buy one get one. It brought the prices down to around $10 each. Yep, kids shirts are around $20 each!
