MK Rope dropping BTMR and Splash

Hey all!

My fastpass window is coming up at the end of this month so I'm trying to nail down my plans before then.

For our MK day, wondering if it's possible to rope drop BTMR and Splash Mountain? We're staying on site, and MK has EMH that day from 7am - 8am. One thing I can't remember is if those two attractions are open during EMH? If we can do those two during EMH then I was going to book FPs for 7DMT, Peter Pan, and Space Mountain.

Does that sound like a good plan? I'm trying to not overthink our planning too much. Our trip last year was a bit over planned and we we're dead exhausted each night, though it was still so much fun.

They are not. The three you want to FP are. I’d suggest Rope Dropping Space Mountain, heading straight to Peter Pan, and having an FP for the other 3.

That said you can more or less RD Splash or BTMR by wandering over that way at 7:45 or so and waiting with the others. I wouldn’t want to get wet that early but that’s me.

Agree with PP. For me an ideal MK day without EMH would be BTM and Splash RD with PP, SM, and SDMT FPs. But of course, with EMH, I would reconmend EMH rope dropping Space then Peter Pan. 15 minutes before end of EMH you could walk over to the other side of the park and RD Jungle Cruise, Pirates, and Haunted Mansion. About getting wet - you will most likely dry off within an hour or two!

15 minutes before end of EMH you could walk over to the other side of the park and RD Jungle Cruise, Pirates, and Haunted Mansion. FP SDMT, Splash, and BTM.

Just a note for those reading along...
“The other side of the park” will be roped off (at the hub and west border of Fantasyland) until actual “park opening time.”
So you would be held there with all the other guests planning on those other attractions.

I didn’t realize that side of the park was not open for EMH. We often go to fantasyland, but I thought we would hit meet Mickey and Minnie in their birthday wear and then head to the left side of the park - might need a new plan.
