Hello; we are getting married this October at GF. We have hired an outside photographer that did our engagement shoot. Excellent job and proven track record with weddings/proposals at Disney. They have told us they can do an MK photo shoot for us and we will have no issues. I am reading otherwise.

Help...

They don't allow outside photographers for in park photo shoots. Not in wedding attire anyway. This sounds like asking to get asked to leave. I wouldn't do it.

The only way to do portraits inside the MK with an outside photographer is to go during regular park hours when other guests are around. Whether or not you can get in wearing wedding attire depends on the cast members at the gate that day. There is no official policy prohibiting wedding attire inside the MK, but they can turn you away if they think your gown is a safety hazard or guests will confuse you with a Disney princess or they just feel like it.

The only way to do pre-park-opening photos inside the MK in your wedding attire is to book through Disney Fine Art Photography: http://disneyfineartphotography.com/portraits/premier-portraits.php

Do you think it is worth the gamble? The cost difference is big time...

I would not do it if you would feel embarrassed about being turned away at the gate, or if you're expecting to get photos that look like the ones shot before the park opens. There will be tons of other guests in your shots. Some people are OK with that.
