MK parking lot and monorail hours?

We have an early ps at MK while staying off-site. The CM who booked the ps said the monorail only starts running at 8 am. Based on info gleaned from the boards my strategy is drive to the MK parking lot and take the resort monorail (which, from what I understand, runs earlier than the express monorail). Is this the way to go about it? Does anyone know what time the parking lot opens and what time the resort monorail starts up?

The parking lot opens up at 7:00am. Resort Monorail service starts at 7:00am, and services the TTC, Poly, Grand Floridian, MK, and the Contemporary.

I didn't think the resort monorail stopped at the TTC that early in the morning.

Thanks for the info. I thought that, if we couldn't catch the monorail directly from the TTC, we could take the path over to the Poly and use the monorail there. Hopefully it will work out.
