MK parade and late lunch ?

I'm still deciding on LTT or Plaza Rest. to have lunch at the Magic Kindgom. Can anyone suggest which might be better if we want to get a spot for the parade as soon as we're finished. How long does a sit down lunch usually take at these places? (have only ever eaten at Cosmic Rays) Any suggestions for PS times to make sure we're out before the parade? Thanks, natt

I've only ever eaten Dinner at LTT but I have sat outside it twice to see parades as it's a great spot to view from so you might want to go there especially as the parade doesn't take too long to get to you after it starts.

LTT has a nice lunch menu, and I think the atmosphere is nice too.
