MK on Sunday good or bad in August?

I am reading some much conflicting advice in the UG, on this forum, on Disney Tourist Blog, etc. Can you help clarify for me: Are Sundays in late August a good or bad day for MK? Some people say it is bad because it is an arrival day. Others say Monday is bad for that reason. Help!

I can’t speak for August but we were there this past Sunday and the crowds were super light. The wait for Space at around 7pm was 15 minutes. This picture was from liberty square at 5pm.

This calendar shows Sundays generally had lower MK crowds than Mondays last August: https://wdwpassport.com/past-crowds/august-2023

But for the last Sunday and Monday in August, it was a tie. Those are after-the-fact measured "crowds" (posted wait times), not merely someone's forecasts.
