MK on a crowded afternoon

I plan on going to Epcot on 10/9, they close at 3 that day, then head over to MK for spectro and wishes. I assume MK will be very crowded with Epcot closing early and spectro that night. I need ideas on what to ride and do on a very crowded afternoon. myself, DW, DD5 & DS2 will be there Fri at opening to do rides like dumbo and peterpan so what are the best rides or shows when the park is crowded? Thanks for your help.

I am also going to MK in the afternoon before SpectroMagic, I have desided to do some of the attractions we some times skip.

1) Hall of Presidents (700 seat) Show every half hour.
2) Liberty Square Riverboat Depart on the hour and half hour
3) Country Bear Jamboree 15 min show
4) Tom Sawyer Island
5) Tiki Room (maybe)

I will also make use of FASTPASS, like at Jungle Cruise b4 HOP,
HM b4 LSR; Splash Mountain b4 TSI.

Tom Sayer Island is a great idea. I almost forgot about that. We went on our honeymoon and have never gone back in all our recent trips. I think my kids would love it. Thanks
