MK Morning EMH Question

I just realized that the day we have planned for MK Liberty Square / Frontierland / Adventureland is an EMH morning.

My understanding is that none of the rides in any of these lands are open during EMH (8-9AM). Our touring plan has us starting at Haunted Mansion and working our way down. Can we start queuing early (before 9AM) for Haunted Mansion, or will that area be closed off until 9AM?

(We are staying on property, so will have access to the park during EMH.)

Anyone have an idea where we should position ourselves and when, if we want to be at the front of the pack for Haunted Mansion on that EMH morning? (Again we'll have access to Fantasyland since we're staying on property, and I know that's open at least to Small World / Peter Pan)

I wouldn’t stress about finding the perfect spot. The amount of people going to Haunted Mansion at rope drop will be very very low compared to some of the other attractions

My advice would be to use the EMH time to repeat whatever your faves are in fantasyland with low wait times, then stroll over to haunted mansion around 8:50. You should still have a pretty low wait that early in the am

There should be a rope blocking off Liberty Square entrance by the bridge. You could wait there. Or, there will be another rope blocking off the path near Rapunzel Tower that leads to HM. Either place should be fine. I do agree with the previous poster about the timing.
