MK: Getting Through Security

If you arrive at MK on monorail & want to bus to Boardwalk...you guessed it...security.

Since Monorail Guests have already been screened before arriving at MK,they don't have to go through sreening again-those Guests can walk straight to the MK Bus Depot..

Correct, they had to go thru security to use the MK as their transfer point.

Guests arriving by bus & transferring to another bus will not have gone thru security at all.

My bad,I thought you meant Guests arriving at MK by Monorail had to go through screening AT MK to get to the buses (like Boat Guests).

No prob , I'm just pointing out that security is always involved if you're changing types of transport at MK & only not involved if going bus to bus, possibly not boat to boat, tho I've never tried. I think this is a consideration if looking at monorail resort option and planning to resort hop a lot, its just not as easy as it used to be

ETA: I guess since not all resort boats share a dock this would not work even in most boat to boat transfers.

You do security as soon as you exit the resort boat at the MK pretty much right there on the dock... so yes... GF/Poly boat guests, for example, would go through security at the MK boat dock before they could walk over to the FW/WL boat dock (and vice versa) since they are on different docks, as you note.

And for the Ferryboat Guests they can walk straight from the Ferry Dock without having to be screened to the MK Bus Depot since they would have already been screened before arriving at the MK Dock.
