We will be in the MK on 8/27. Now that my DS is older I will be able to stay and watch the fireworks. What is the best place to watch them? I don’t mind staking out a spot and hour or so beforehand.

I personally like the area in front of the castle by the partner’s statue.6683E76E-D808-4FEA-B0B8-C2A3E7B8EE31.jpeg But if DS might be sensitive to the sound of fireworks, I used to watch them from the train station with DD. Not sure if it’s still open - used to be hit and miss with VIP guests. But they would leave the sides open for the non-VIPs. It was a nice spot to sit and stake out. And you’re practically at park exit once fireworks end.

There are some fences around the Partners statue that offer nice views! If you're right up against the fence (fence and castle in front of you) you'll get a nice view without anyone or anything in front of you to block your view!

With the new show, there are projections on the buildings down Main St., as well as on the castle, so somewhere in the middle of Main St. also is a good spot to catch it all.
