MK Family Tour

Can anyone give me any info on this tour? TUG says it is about 2 hours and great for kids. We have a 4 and 1 yr old. Any thoughts if this would be for them? Was it worth it?

We did this tour in 2004, my boys were 11 & 8 at that time. They REALLY enjoyed it. Because they were the oldest in the group, they got to do all the reading of the map, and carry different things.

We really had a great time.

We did this when my daughter was 6 and she loved it. Every time I read about it being two hours , ours was almost 3 for some reason. We only had one other family so not sure why. It was awesome and well worth every penny. My hubbie even got into it and thought it was great. I loved learning about some path ways in Mk I didnt know about. It was our first trip but the last day . Dont miss it . It is a scavenger hunt through Mk looking for captain hooks hook. At the end there is a nice surprise I wont ruin the surprise. Our tour was longer than 2 hours too. We LOVED it!! My kids were 13,10 and 7 ..most were 8 and under. We had the best time. It would have been worth it at double the price!!

We've done the Family Tour as well with our kids at 7 & 5. Our daughter, 5 at the time, still talks about the end of the tour - special surprise!

But I honestly think your kidlets are a bit too young to really enjoy it. The older kids really get into it since they understand the concept of a scavenger hunt.

Much better to splurge on a Princess Tea f(if your 4 y/o is a girl) rom what I've heard!

I agree. Our kids turned 11 and 9 on this trip and we did the FMK for the 9 yo's birthday. I would definitely recommend it for older children. The younger ones can get so much out of the character meals, etc. that they probably don't need this type of tour. Also - it may be kind of frustrating for younger ones to be so close to the rides and not be able to go on them.
