I have never been to Disney during Spring break. We have a 5 yo and 1.5 yo. My original plan was to hit fantasyland between 8am - 10am on standby and then use FP+ for rides after 10am...

Rides of interest is Peter Pan, Pooh, Ariel, Dumbo, Speedway, Buzz.

Now I see that EMH is 7am opening. My kids are early birds but I may not get there by 7am, maybe 7:30am through the gates. Can I get through all these rides possibly from 7:30am - 10am on standby? When does crowd start picking up? Does everyone goto EMH during Spring break?

Any advice greatly appreciated because I'm not sure how I should move my FP+ around.

Thanks.

Have a good trip!

I don't know how quickly you move and how many potty breaks you might need, but you should be able to do those 6 things easily between 7:30 and 10. You will definitely want to go to PP first because the line there builds up faster than any of the others. The earlier you can get there the better because by 8 AM the wait time might be approaching 30 minutes. Then I would probably try Pooh, Speedway, Buzz, Dumbo, and Ariel in that order.

In our experience the crowds don't really start building until between 10 and 11 and, except for PP, those rides are not going to be the ones most people flock to. I wouldn't start scheduling FPs until 10-11 or 10:30-11:30 at the earliest. If you can get there by 7:30 or earlier I think you will enjoy how relatively uncrowded it is. By 11 or noon it will be a different story.

Easily.

When does crowd start picking up?

Somewhere between 10:00 and 11:00.

No, but a lot of people will go to that park later in the morning. If you don't have park hoppers you should avoid the parks with EMH.

We did Spring Break last year for the first time and am doing it again this year. Before they updated the hours this weekend I was worried they weren't going to have the 7am opening this year. We did 2 MK mornings last year and while, yes, it was early and chilly, I had never experienced MK like that. We had the park to ourselves, or so it felt, for 3, 3.5 hours. We went to BOG for lunch at around 11 and before that got basically all of Tomorrowland and FantasyLand done (no FP+). Went back to the hotel for a break after lunch, and had all of FP+ for when we got back in the early evening.

I loved it, personally.

Oh that gives me some hope that this will work out! I've been worrying so much that we got stuck with Spring break week this year...

Thanks everyone! I will shift some FP+ to later in the morning or early afternoon then.

My kids normally wake us up at 5:30 or 6am when we are at home!!! We never get to sleep in but whenever we want them to wake up early (such as EMH AM), I am sure they will sleep in and refuse to wake up!!! I hope to be at the park for 7am but if not I should make it by 7:30am, lol.

We will have two AM EMH at MK on our trip so even if we don't hit all of those on first morning, we can do it the second day.
