MK Egg Roll Wagon

Does anyone know what seasons the "seasonal" egg roll wagon is open?

Also, are these egg rolls any good? I love egg rolls, but usually on my MK day I have breakfast a CP and am so full leaving there, heading straight for Adventureland, I never get them. I am determined to get one in a couple of weeks if there are open It might be my last trip to WDW for a while and I need to check this off my bucket list!
