MK early staying off-site

We just booked our first pre-park opening ADR and looking into the logistics of getting to the park early when staying off-site? I think the regular monorail and ferry are not running yet? Is the tram still running from the parking lots? How do we get over to the MK? Thanks!

I would think that at least the ferry will be running. I have gone there for tours before the park opened and always took the ferry, I didn't even try the Monorail. Always made it on time.

The RESORT monorail starts running at 7AM.
It stops at MK, too.

You can board it if the MK monorail is not running.

We got there at 7 for an 8am opening and did not notice if the trams were running yet but we were able to park close enough to use the walkway to the monorail.

If we have an 8.15am ADR with a 9am park opening what time should we be parking at to make it in time? How long does the resort monorail take from the TTC to MK? Thanks!

We were there recently and was always at MK before the monorail started running. The ferry would frustrate my DH so much because you have to wait for it to return and then you have to wait for at least 10 minutes to see if anyone else is going to come get on the ferry. We found a magical way to travel twice - by bus. As you get to the monorail there is a path to the right that leads to busses. You sit in the air condition and it isn't crowded. We decided after those wonderful experiences that we would always travel by bus. The only question is do those busses run all of the time - hmmmm?

Not the exact time, but I've never read that anyone was late due to Disney transportation issues on those days.
