MK Early Entry: Main Street Questions

We are going to the MK next Monday and are planning on doing EE rope drop at 7:30 am. My wife has two things she wants to do on Main Street during the morning.

1. Ride one of the Main Street vehicles from Town Square to the Hub

2. Go to Crystal Arts to see about having a pumpkin carriage made as a keepsake for our trip.

Will the vehicles or shops be available during Early Entry or will they be available/open later. Any help would be appreciated.

Generally, Main Street vehicles come out after the opening show. I don't remember them being out during Early Entry.

The Main street vehicles don't start until later, around 8:15 - 9:30 (end) with a 7:30 EE day depending on crowds.and Crystal Arts opens at 10 AM everyday.
