MK Early EMH question

If MK has early EMH (ie: 8 am opening for onsite guests), what time is the "Welcome Show"? Is it before the EMH or before the 9 am regular opening?

Before the EMH.

(Not much point in "welcoming" 9AM arrivals to a park already busy with thousands of guests who have been entering the park in a steady stream over the last hour.)
