Need help planning my day. On this particular day, we will be arrive early (before park opens) for CRT. We'll have lunch @ CS. and plann to stay for the 3P Parade.

Here is my dilemma...

We're celebrate our 10th Anniversary w/ 2 small kids. We made ADR for Citricos @ GF since it was just a short monorail away.

Do we go back to SOG to change to dressier clothes for a 5:30P ADR (5:00P is my kids usuall dinnertime)? If we leave right after the parade @ 3P. Do we have enough time to drive to and from and change? AND do we drive to GF or to MK since we plan to return to MK?

OR wear somewhat dressy clothes in the park and hope no one makes a mess.

OR do we bring clothes w/ us to the park and rent a locker. Change @ MK hop on the monorail to GF.

Note my DS won't have a nap that day (which worry me a bit). The car ride back could be a short nap or maybe trying going to the Baby Center.

We want our anniversary to be special w/o too much craziness. Is this possible?

All my other day's plan have a nap or early night so I'm not worried. This day is our first full day at the park. Is it overload?

Thanks for your help.

Drop the kids at the Neverland Club (or if the kids are too young for Neverland, call Fairy Godmothers or one of the other bonded in room sitting services) and go to SOG and change if you want to be dressed up - it isn't usually necessary at WDW, then go to your Citroco's dinner by yourselves!! The Neverland Club isn't THAT expensive for a one time celebration and they will love it.

I would second the thought about taking the kids to the Neverland Club at the Poly (my kids loved it). You are planning a really long day for little kids; it really might be overdoing it. Then you can have a nice dinner at Citrocos by yourself. Although all Disney restaurants welcome children, I don't think small children would be thrilled by Citricos, which is a more upscale adult type restaurant. You shouldn't have to change, either. I would just be sure to wear reasonably OK clothes into the park (not sloppy tee shirts and ripped jeans, for example, but something more like a collared shirt and khakis or comfortable skirt).
