MK December park closing

I am thinking of going to MK the afternoon of 12/26 - probably entering the park around 3PM, what are the chances that we won't be able to get in because of capacity crowds? I realize there are tiered closings. We are staying on-site and have dinner reservations at BOG for 5:15 PM. If we are able to get in, how long of a line should we plan for to enter the park?

(This will be our third year going over Christmas so we are well aware of the crowds but usually do RD and leave parks by mid-day. This year we are trying to mix things up a little and wanted to sleep in one morning and do a later night)

1. The line to get in would not be what I'd worry about.
It would be the time to get through the milling guests both outside and inside the park.
Allow an extra 30-40 minutes on top of what you'd normally expect.

2. Disney buses? Add extra time for your trip, as well.

thank you - if you wanted to hit the park at 4 PM - what time would you leave CSR? Downtown? I was thinking 2 PM which would allow us 3 hours prior to our ADR.
