Help me decide where to have dinner. We will be at MK during the busy Easter week and want to avoid long lines.
1. Eat counter service in the park
2. Take the boat to FW and eat at Trail's End
3.Take the monorail and eat at Kona Cafe
Which would be better? And faster overall?

1. Eat counter service in the park if you eat early/off hour this could work and be rather quick. Also just send enough people to the counter to place the order and carry it back to the table.

As long as you make ADRs, I don't think any would be an issue. Just be sure to be early/on time for the ADR.

You could also flip your meals. Eat a bigger sit down lunch and a late CS dinner. We did something like that: Late breakfast ADR at Chef Mickey's and a CS sandwich meal at Main Street Bakery. If you want a good, but still rather quick lunch seriously consider ADRs at the Plaza right on Main St. then plan a CS meal for later past the normal dinner hour or share CS credits and have someone grab a couple of sandwich meals from Main Street that you share to tide you over until you get the bigger CS meal, maybe back at Pop.

My kids are wanting to go to trail's end, and we've been there before, but i can't remember how long the boat ride is.

Out of those choices, I say Kona. But you may also want to consider a reservation at The Plaza

Another vote for Kona! We loved this place and it is just a quick monorail ride over to the Poly!

Another vote for Kona. It is one of the three restaurants that we will return to on future trips (the others being Le Cellier & Boma). It is not the fastest, but the food was mouth-watering and delish - definitely worth the time and effort!
