I want to be in MK VERY EARLY on Christmas morning and I was wondering if there are any counter service restaurants that have breakfast items? Like breakfast wraps, danishes, etc.?

They have terrific danishes at the bakery!

Main St Bakery in MK.....but just to pre-warn, this place gets really busy in the morning, so I would try to get there as soon as the park opens. I've seen it packed during value season, so I can't even imagine how busy it is during Christmas!

IMO, your best bet on Christmas morning is to just grab something from your resort CS place. Where are you staying? Most WDW resorts have great breakfast options at their CS restaurants.

We'll be staying at CBR. I'm thinking if anything, just give the kids some Pop-Tarts and juice boxes to hold them over, get to the park at rope drop and eat mid-morning.

I've stayed at CBR. You should be able to find decent CS options at their food court.

If you have the time & money & want to give your kids a real treat though, make ADR's for Crystal Palace breakfast buffet with Winnie the Pooh!!

That's for sure. Last time we tried it was early Dec 2006 during value season and the parks were not overly crowded (it was the second Friday of Dec if I recall correctly) and we were in line before rope drop but already the line at the bakery was wrapped through all the poles and out the front door - we were in line for at least 10 minutes before we got our items and then the only seats were outside - in a cold wind and 40 degree temps + wind chill. It was tasty though! ;) :santa:

It seems to be our ritual to go there. I've never found it too mad, though we are always there at opening time. I love sitting out the front watching everyone go past. Especially the folk seeing the castle for the first time. It's a great spot for people watching.

I think perla75 has some great advice for the Christmas period though. You might find it way more time economical to grab something at your hotel.

We love Main Street Bakery but sometimes there is a line out the door. The have cereal, fruit, danishes, pastries, cinnamon buns and a ham, egg and cheese croissant that is to die for. My favorite item is the french toast loaf....OMIGOD this thing is sooo sinfully good.

Okay so I am a huge fan of Main Street Bakery, but I also LOVE LOVE LOVE Sleepy Hollow. They serve Mickey Waffles, Funnel Cake and the BEST ever Chocolate Chunk Cookies. In the morning they are still warm and fresh. Those cookies are to die for.

Do any of the CS restaurants serve breakfast sandwiches, etc???

Thanks for the tip, I never knew they served cookies and now I must get me one!
