MK Boat Transportation to GF Question

We have PS's at Narcoosees and was wondering if there are at least two boats doing this loop from the MK to resorts then to the TTA. Will this become a half hour boat ride just to get to GF, or are there several boats going at all times? We'd rather take the boat over to the GF so we can walk from the dock to the restaurant, rather than weave through the GF resort from the monorail. Thanks, I know someone knows this one!

Boats run about every 20 minutes.

There usually is only one boat on the loop. But the boat doesn't go to the TTC.

The loop is MK, GF, Poly, MK. So, yes, if you have just missed the boat, it will be about 25 minutes before you get to Narcosees.

Oooooh, this is good to know. I'm glad I asked, I didn't want to miss my PS time! I think I meant to say that the route stops at the MK parking lot, not the TTC. Right? And there must be a seperate boat going to the WL area too. I remember taking that boat from the MK.

There are different boats that service the MK:

The 600 passenger ferry boats run continuously between the MK and the TTC.

The 120 passenger motor cruisers run between the MK and the FW/WL area.

The 39 passenger motor launches run from the MK to the GF and POLY.

Diana, the TTC and the MK parking lot are one and the same.

My experience is different than Ed's. In our experience there are usually two launches in use at any one time. You can usually only see one from the MK because the islands block the view of the dock at the Polynesian. At busier times, there can be three launches in use.

The 20 minute time frame sounds right though. However, the monorail circuit takes about that long too. For a meal at the GF, I try to allow 40 minutes from the MK. Sometimes my captain and troops revolt. But I'd rather be early than late.
