Depends on the ship and sailing. If you are on a holiday sailing that is basically sold out little chance but keep trying. I would join the facebook page for your sailing and post on there that you are interested in case some folks drop it. Also, you can keep checking the app to see if things open up and finally can check once onboard the ship.
Prior to the Wish, I would have said with 100% certainty that you could get something once on the ship as we always have before but with the Wish that has not been possible.
We did it last month on the Magic out of NYC and honestly it was 'ok', IMHO. Fine, but probably not worth the $. Again just my opinion. It was rushed and really didn't teach us how to do it. I already forgot everything lol.

Interesting. We took it on the Wonder last month and loved it. The cocktails were beautiful and delicious (Paloma, Gin Basil Smash, a drink with Pistachio foam, Corpse Reviver, Blueberry Mascarpone White Chocolate), but due to the prep needed with ingredients and the risk of untrained people using the "foamer" it was a tasting for our group. He walked us through how to make everything and gave us recipes. We learned a ton and actually made Palomas last night.
