See, this is why I hate coming back to work after a few days off. There's a freaking line at my desk, a million emails from my idiot contact at the home office, and a ton of work in the bins. Nobody wants to help anyone else out, so they wait until I get back. Good thing I wasn't out for an entire week.

Yet when Psycho Sue has her headphones on too loud and is ignoring people, they come to me with questions about her stuff

*snort* I'd like to think that, but more likely, it's sheer laziness on their part.

Here's something happy, though - I met with the paranormal society on Saturday night and had a blast! I didn't get home until 1 a.m. And it seemed that the organizer, Michael, and I really hit it off...

My idea of roughing it is a Red Roof Inn or an inside cabin. lol

Once, early in our marriage, DH, made the mistake of getting our little fam a room @ Motel 6--I'd never been there before
I now tell DH, "I don't do the Numbers', meaning Motel 6 or the 8 thingy!

Sorry. I only "paint" my face one Saturday night each month.

I've technically been a member since the 2nd day, November 1, 2006, but I haven't met any of them. I went for a ride earlier and found the organizer's house, but of all stupid things - he's on the 2nd floor and I can't figure out which door is his (it's one of those 1 house/2 apartments deals)! I think I'll go early and just wait until someone else gets there. I'm excited and nervous.

This sounds verry interesting! I love paranormal stuff, but it scares the bejeebers outta me! As it is now, I sleep w/a light on!

I've also pictured you as a SCA person!

I have class today from 1-4:45 and 6-9:45. In keeping iwth the old theme...how offensive is that??? There is no freaking way I can sit still and pay attention for that amount of time. And I just spent $145 that I don't have on books that I probably won't even read. Oh well, I didn't need to eat anyway!

Yep. I just happened to notice that he looked at me A LOT when he was talking the other night...sat next to me when we were using the psychic board (so our fingers kept touching on the planchette, and his arm kept brushing mine that was resting on the table)...he just seemed to really focus his attention on me. It could just be that I was the "new kid," though.

The flip side of that is that a window in the womens' locker room - not such a bad idea at all...

GoDaddy, last time we were in the Knoxville area we ate at a restaurant that was right off of the Strawberry Plains exit. Don't know the name, but it was good and we asked if it was a chain, and they said they get asked that quite a bit, but the owner didn't want to go that route. I think it had all kinds of food...pizza, italian, american etc. Do you know what it is?
