Yes, 'tis true. My allergies are killing me today, so I am a wee bit cranky.But we got a new kitty yesterday, and she is such a beauty. We are really enjoying her.

So on Sunday, I am going to meet my Dad's girlfriend for the first time.
I've been putting it off for months now but I figure I better get it over with cause it looks like she's going to be part of our Christmas get-together.
It's breaking my heart just thinking about seeing him with another woman other than my mother.
I hope I can hold my emotions in-check.
My mother doesn't work...
No, I should be nice. This morning she said she didn't sleep well, that she feels guilty for quitting that job and that she let me down. I don't feel that way. In fact, while we were eating dinner, we tried figuring out if I could support us for the next 2 months so she wouldn't have to get a job until after the new year. Unfortunately, I can't; it's just the way the numbers work. I don't make enough. I did kind of bust on her after that - I sang "Get a Haircut and Get a Real Job" to her, and she was laughing, but I guess she no longer finds it funny.

Playing on the DIS, especially in the evening hours while I am waiting for jobs to run, is the only thing that keeps me sane during this.You work too hard Rob
On second thought.......the amount of time you're able to play on the DIS while working can't be all that bad!
