blitz is basically a bunch of players trying to take down the quarterback or to interfere with his pass

double coverage is two players cover a receiver at the same time

line of scrimmage is the line no player can cross before the snap

play clock is when the team has 25 seconds to begin their play or they get a 5 yard penalty. We actually saw this happen to the Cardinals.

You must have explained this WHILE she was talking her ownself. I often have to wait for DS14 to shut his mouth before I can explain things to him because he is talking all the time.

I spent 4 hours today cleaning my apartment. It's done, except that I had to leave a few things there and the batteries died in my camera, so I didn't get to take enough pictures. I'll finish on Wednesday morning before I return my keys.

That said, I fell down the stairs. I was vacuuming them, got tangled in the cord, and went down, landing on my back. Not only that, my right knee is popped out. Not to rub it in, but I'm sure glad I have through Wednesday off. I'm really going to be hurting tomorrow.

Surprisingly, I feel okay physically today. Still having a bit of trouble with stairs because of the knee, but I'm not as stiff as I was yesterday. Looking forward to my hair appointment this afternoon, which has been pushed back 30 minutes (no big deal) to 3.

I've been posting a lot of dog pictures lately, but I'm a proud dog-"sister," she's just so darn cute. How is it that she can sleep just about anywhere?

Yes, that's the back of the sofa. Ugly sofa.
