I'm pooped. Two airport runs today, more cleaning, meeting at school, then back for chorus pick up. I don't know how people drive for a living. I hate it!

Made shrimp alfredo for dinner tonight though, pretty good if I say so myself.
We will have an abundance of seafood this week while Mr. meat and potatos is away!

So, what's new?

OH! BTW, she loved her room. She just kept looking and saying how nice her room looked
I had the light on dim and put soft music on for when she walked in. lol All about the ambience.

Okay....I'm still alive and will be back on here tomorrow night....normal night time I mean. (like 8ish or 10ish...whatever's better for everybody?? Probably the 10ish thing I'm guessing.) Hope to talk to you all!!! I've been going through you know what and now I need to get again!!!!!

Just skimming back a few pages quickly but Cheryl....how gorgeous!!!!
Are there before pics too? Just haven't gone back further yet and it says the 'finished product' so I was just wondering.

It is so light and energizing!!! I love the pink with the green and the lights (both the desklamp and the chandelier) are to die for!!!!!

No, no deaths,divorces or health matters or financial ruin, TG!
But life changing, so I've been down.
Thank goodness for tranquilizers & trying to keep busy!

Okay, so what's up with USPS nickel-and-diming everybody? It costs a dollar now to change your address??? I know it's only $1, but don't we pay enough for postage fees? My mother ordered a shirt online and had to return it, and it cost her over $5 for ONE shirt in a plastic bag!

An order was sent a few days ago that had a comment on it "OK per GM 9/24/07." Her question is, "Who is GM; is that someone in my office?" Uh, okay...you want ME, out here in CONNECTICUT, to tell you who works in YOUR office - 1,000 miles away in MINNESOTA?

Here's an idea...get out YOUR company directory, find the person with those initials, and contact them to ask if they approved the order

Thanks Lisa! No, I didn't do a before on her room. It used to be a pretty periwinkle color with mostly yellow accents. Then around Christmas time she picked the pink and we painted but never did anything else. She got rid of a double bed and out in the daybed, I added all the lime green stuff and the chandelier, re-padded the chair and added some pillows, the quilt is from Pottery Barn Kids.
I probably should do a before picture of KJ's room before we start on that.

I'm sorry Lisa I would have been bummed if I never had a girl too. I remember when they told us KJ was a boy. lol Both me and Crystina stood there with our mouth wide open, like what do we do with a boy?
Meanwhile, DH was doing the happy dance You would think after 5 years of trying to have that little monster, I wouldn't have cared if he were a boy or a girl. lol He ended up being my little love muffin, even with all his high energy.

Thanks for all the kind comments on Crystina's room. I still would love to get a few more things done in there, new carpet would be nice and some crown molding. Time will tell.
She's happy and that is all that matters right now.
It was so funny to see her go off to school this morning. lol
She is doing her observation hours with KJ's art teacher this week. She was all excited because I made her a lunch too. lol
