Headaches and pains in the butt ( namely DH and his family )

That sounds like a cool job and I don't blame you for not wanting to go to WDW in the summer . I have been there in July and it was too hot and too crowded , never again! We like late sept through mid-November.

The Ren festival is in Manheim PA ...it looks cool.We have never been to one before. We are heading to Maine to see DH's grandparents and we are going to do the Ren festival on the way back home.

Ooohh! I feel yr pain!

A friend of mine says the PA RenFaire is one of her faves! Really big, really fun!

Good...glad to hear that it is a good one. The website made it look good but they usually do.

The Airport of choice this time by everyone was Los Angeles International (LAX), it's about a 40 minute drive one way from our place in Orange County. This week was a ruff one we made four round trips to the airport and one round trip to San Diego to drop people off and as I said we have one more trip to LAX tonight.

Today is my first day back at work in a week and I am exhausted

Looking forward to life getting back to normal...well as normal as my life is any way

I didn't realize this was a service you provided. As if my family will have the time to take a vacation in 2008 , we have started discussing where to go and Southern Cal has made our short list (though Texas is slightly ahead of it at this point in time). I will have to factor this information into our decision.

We know I don't do MS, now you know ancient auntie (bless her sweet heart) is not allowed to drive me around either!

Last time (15 yrs ago) she insisted on driving to LAX we must've had a line of cars behind us up to Sacramento!

Auntie told me 'those' people 'didn't grow up here'' --out-of-staters: so rude, y'know!

Actually, I've never driven on a major thoroughfare (not experiencing heavy traffic) at less than 50 MPH--it was, as they say, an experience!
