I just learned something new. Eating slow is synonymous with not liking food. My mom just screamed at me for eating my dinner too slow. I asked her why I needed to eat it faster. It just takes me a really long time to eat, so what. She said I need to eat faster because by eating slow I am suggesting to her that I don't like her cooking and I am being forced to eat it. Where does she come up with this stuff? Next time maybe I'll shove the food down my throat and end up puking. We'll see if she likes that better.

Oh, and the dog stares at 'empty' corners & barks.

I wouldn't know where to begin! I don't hink I'd be a good trip report person. But I will be happy to tell you anything and everything I learned at GF.

I loved Cali Grille, again and tried Narcoossee's (sp?) for the first time. It was very good. CRT was MUCH better this time than last. They granted me a wish for YOAMD. I wanted to purchase a CRT mug to match the one I have at home and was given one.
You couldn'd pay me to eat at Concourse Steak House..YUCK or really Ohana for breakfast for that matter. Raw eggs and bacon =

Chefs de le France was not too good either but the manager was great.

GF is waaaaay over priced for what you get. Probably wouldn't ever stay there again, but I glad I tried it. It wasn't bad, just not that great.

Hmm.. was thinking of making ADRs for Narcoossees or Cali.

The guys weren't crazy about Chefs, either.
Chris & I have decided to give it another go in January. Our service was good, but the food was a little off~

As for GF, DH isn't into it either.
But it is The Law, that everyone needs to stay on every on site property at least once.
...and preferably, when available, w/an MK view!

When I pay that much $$, I want marble and a flat screen tv. I have stayed at Bellagio and the Wynn, that's what I expect for that kind of $$. Or at least something close to that.

Narcoossees is good, but Cali Grille is better. Definately request the window.

We were at Chefs on Christmas Eve in the pouring rain for my mother's B-day, with a party of 10. It was much better then than it was this time and it was kind of slow. But the manager gave us all kinds of deserts from the French bakery to go. It was very sweet.

Jenna, my DD, got another Magical Moments certificate, so that was really cool too.
