Mix club status booking activities

So we convinced our friends to take a cruise with us this Nov. Yay! We are silver so we will be able to book activities before them. We want to try to get Palo together, can we book for all of us or do we have to wait for thier booking window?

You’ll have to wait until their booking window opens if you want to include them.

Alternatively, you could book for your stateroom on the Silver date. Then have your friends try to get a similar time when their window opens. Once onboard go to the dining changes location to have them combined.

I would advise to book for the two of you either way—about 1/2 the time we have eaten at Remy or Palo we are given a table for 2 that could seat 4. Better to have the reservation and ask for a bigger table than board and request starting from scratch. You may also be able to link and upgrade from 2-4 when their booking window opens, I would try that also.
